What is your current wait time?
Usually 2 weeks turn around upon arrival. Unless something unexpected comes up. For example ordering matching fabric or getting special lines could take a month or two extra. Either way we’ll keep you posted.How should I ship my stuff to you?

Full service
(Laser trim check, trim tuning, porosity report, cloth tear resistance, full wing inspection,
wing cleaning, includes 2 line replacements if needed) – $300 (metal maillons) / $350 (softlinks)
Laser trim check – $100
Laser trim check+tune includes porosity report & fabric integrity test – $200 (metal maillons) / $250 (softlinks)
Tandem Wing Trim tune (porosity report, inspection, integrity) – $300
Canopy inspection (permeability/porosity report + cloth tear resistance) – $75
Reserve inspection and repack – $75 (round, square, triangle) / $90 (steerable Rogallo reserve)
Replacement line – $35 per line
Line set install – $300
Shop rate for incidentals (installations, repairs, modifications) – $33/hour

When we’ve completed the work on your kit, we’ll email your service report and invoice. Your invoice will detail how you can pay by e-transfer. If you’re planning to pick up from the workshop, you can pay when you’re here by cash.How do I organise a service?
To order a service please contact us with following details: your contact details, drop off date (shipping date), when you need it, service needed, background/history of the wing/reserve.What’s involved in servicing a glider?
Measure the length of all lines by laser, Test fabric porosity+ tear resistance, Examine the condition of the canopy, Inspect lines, risers and fabric for damage. We work with all manufacturers. Whatever kit you have, we can service it to the manufacturer’s specifications.What happens if you find unexpected damage?
We will contact you with any additional recommended service suggestions to go over your options before we do any extra work.How often should I service my glider?
Paraglider should be serviced every 24 months, after 150 flights or 100 flying hours – whichever comes first. Paragliding lines tent to shrink the most within the first 75 hours of flying.How often should I repack my reserve?
We recommend having your reserve repacked once a year under normal use or twice a year if you fly more than 100 hours a year. The reserve may have moisture, sand, grass or other things trapped that can damage the fabric or deployment bag.Do you offer rush service?
We do offer rush service to those who need it. Cost is double the below rates, and we will have it finished within 1 week of arrival. Please contact us directly for Rush.
